Located just across the Pinheiros river, the Novotel Morumbi offers a nice view from the terrace onto the Berrini Business district. It is also near downtown and there are places to eat nearby. The rooms are comfortable with hardwood laminate floors, and the bathrooms have separate toilets and showers. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is delicious with a wide selection of options.
The internet connection can be slow.

The staff was great, always willing to help, and the breakfast was amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The hotel facilities provided recreation for kids and had lots of green surrounding it. The room was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable environment for our romantic escape. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The air conditioning in the corridors was not available, resulting in discomfort when leaving the room. This was especially disappointing during our romantic escape as we would have liked to maintain a cool and refreshing atmosphere throughout the entire hotel.
